Every store has its own delivery charges, which can be waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the store. The minimum charges and the delivery charges are subjective and are mentioned on the app and website at the checkout page.

Our deliveries begin from 8 AM and the last delivery is completed by 10 PM (these are subject to local governmental restrictions, if any)

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different locality. Or you can contact the store customer care.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

Myangadi provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is dispatched to your delivery location. This option is available under the “Your Orders” menu.Please note: Once the order is packed, the merchant may levy a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled by the customer.

You can always return the products if it is damaged, tampered or broken at the time of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with the products post delivery, you may register a complaint with the customer care and our team will get in touch with you to help resolve this issue.If you’re dissatisfied with the products after delivery, please register a complaint within 2 days for perishable items, 4 days for non-perishable items.
