This option is available under the “Your Orders” menu.Please note: Once the order is packed, the merchant may levy a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled by the customer.

    You can always return the products if it is damaged, tampered or broken at the time of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with the products post delivery, you may register a complaint with the customer care and our team will get in touch with you to help resolve this issue.If you’re dissatisfied with the products after delivery, please register a complaint within 2 days for perishable items, 4 days for non-perishable items.
